1. EU Consumers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at:

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
2. Condition of Returned Goods
Returned products must:
• Be unused
• Be unopened (where applicable)
• Be in original packaging
• Be in resellable condition
In accordance with EU law, customers are liable for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
If returned goods show reduced value due to use, damage, or improper handling, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.
3. Professional Adhesives & Liquid Products
Due to hygiene, safety, and product stability reasons, professional lash adhesives and liquid products are non-returnable once:
• The outer protective packaging has been opened
• The airtight pouch has been opened
• The bottle has been opened or used
Lash adhesives are highly sensitive to air exposure and begin curing upon opening. Once opened, the product cannot be resold or safely redistributed.
Opened adhesives and liquid products are therefore non-returnable.
4. Tweezers & Professional Tools
Tweezers and professional tools may be returned only if:
• They are unused
• They show no signs of wear, bending, dropping, or modification
• They are returned in original packaging
Tools that have been used in professional work, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.
5. LED Devices & Electronic Equipment
Professional LED devices may be returned within the applicable withdrawal period only if:
• The device is fully functional
• It shows no signs of misuse, impact damage, liquid exposure, or electrical fault caused by improper handling
• All original accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging are included
• The device is securely packed for return transport
Customers are responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond reasonable inspection.
If damage, missing components, or signs of professional use are identified, we reserve the right to reduce or refuse the refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
We will assess the claim and provide replacement or refund where applicable.
7. Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
For non-EU orders, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
8. Non-EU Customers
For customers outside the European Union, returns are accepted under the same conditions stated above.
International shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges are non-refundable.
Failure to pay customs duties resulting in return of the parcel does not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping costs.
9. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of:
• Repeated abuse of the return policy
• Fraudulent claims
• Returned products that do not meet stated conditions
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
