Amazing ! Best W lashes on the market. I'm so in love with all of charisma's product

I ordered the lashed after seeing them advertised in Instagram. Couple of weeks passed by and I started tracking the package because it was taking too long. the package was at a fedex location and needed paperwork from the seller, i contacted the company and was told: next time order from the US supplier. If I go to their website from their instagram page, that should automatically take me to their US store if they have one, they submitted the paperwork, fedex was contacted and was told that tariff fees were not paid. contacted the seller again, the order was for more or less $60 and the fees over $40. I got a call from a lady Magda, i texted her and explained the situation, i never got a response from her or a resolution. completely disappointed with customer support and the product was never received.

CHARISMA® is a European brand, and orders placed through our official website are shipped from Europe. For U.S. customers, our website clearly states that import duties, tariffs or other customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Your FedEx shipment was not abandoned by us. When FedEx requested additional documentation from the sender, we provided it. The remaining charges requested by FedEx are import/carrier charges associated with the shipment. Additional fees may also accumulate while a shipment remains uncleared.

We also provided the contact information of our U.S. distributor, and our representative attempted to contact you several times to help resolve the situation.

For this reason, we strongly recommend that U.S. customers purchase through our official U.S. distributors whenever possible, especially if they prefer to avoid international delivery times and possible import charges.

You are, of course, free to refuse the shipment. Once the parcel is returned to us, we will process the refund in accordance with our return policy.
